Holy Week Events
April 10 - 17 2022
| Join us for Holy Week as we walk with Jesus from Bethphage to the Upper Room, to Golgotha, and then to the Garden Tomb. That week in the life of our Savior was a difficult path to travel, but one that would be the way of Salvation for us. We invite you to worship with us during this special week as we visit those significant places of the passion for Christ and for the world. April 10 – Palm Sunday – “Bethphage” – This place is where we ride into Jerusalem on a donkey begins for Jesus. April 14 – Maundy Thursday – “The Upper Room” – Climb the stairs to join the disciples in receiving the body and blood of Christ in bread and wine. We will close the service with the stripping of the altar. April 15 – Good Friday – “Golgotha” – The place of the skull where Jesus breathes his last. Beautiful Savior Choir will participate in the Service with the Cantata “The Willow Tree”. April 17 – Easter – “The Garden Tomb” – See the place where they laid him who is now arisen. Our Sunday services are at 8 & 10:30 a.m. On Maundy Thursday and Good Friday our worship for both days are at 4:30 p.m. Let us also live with Jesus, he has risen from the dead That to life we may awaken, Jesus, you are now our head. We are your own living members; where you live, there we shall be In your presence constantly, living there with you forever. Jesus, let me faith be, life eternal grant to me.
